Decent place for a one-night stay. Clean room, comfortable beds, updated decor. Not great location with a lot of noise from nearby traffic. It felt overpriced for the value. Watch out for outdated furniture too.

Perfect for families looking to explore
The family running the place is friendly and really helps out when you need it. Plus, it's just a few blocks away from downtown, so we could go out for burgers without worrying about driving.
Wasn't exactly cheap, but acceptable for what we got.

I recently stayed here with my family for one night, and we were blown away by the comfy beds and clean room. However, the doors were a bit concerning with our little ones, and the outdated decor felt different from the photos online. Even with those quirks, we’d definitely return!

We had a wonderful time staying here with our kids! The family running the place was super friendly and made us feel right at home. We loved being just a few blocks from downtown Arroyo Grande, where we enjoyed strolls and delicious meals, especially the burgers from Old Village Grill. Definitely a fun spot for the family!
In my wife’s opinion, the bathroom could use more attention. It would be great if they ensured a better clean for families like ours with young kids.

Comfortable Stay with Minor Issues
Our recent visit was quite pleasant, with clean and comfy accommodations. The staff welcomed us warmly, making check-in smooth. A tip for future guests, bring non-slip shower mats, as the shower floor can be tricky. Overall, a cozy spot to unwind after exploring.
